Service Description
In this hands-on, 4-hour class, you will learn the basics of coffee roasting. Roasting is about bringing out the desired aromas from each coffee bean. This workshop will guide you through the basic reactions in coffee roasting and the techniques needed to operate a drum roaster. We will start with a theory part and some breakfast snacks to kick things off. After the theory, it's time to get into action, with each participant roasting their own batch of coffee on one of our Probat drum roasters. Every participant will get to take home 250g of the coffee roasted that day. Combine your love for coffee with the technical side of how to and leave with the knowledge to start your journey in coffee roasting. Cancellation Policy
The minimum amounts of participants is 2. If we don't reach the number, we will postpone your booking in coordination with you. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the start time. After this, we cannot refund the booking.
