​I​n this hands-on, 3-hour class​, you will learn the basics of coffee roasting. ​Roasting is about bringing out the desired aromas from each coffee bean. This workshop will guide you through the basic reactions in coffee roasting and the techniques needed to operate a drum roaster. Combine passion with precision and leave with the knowledge ​to start your journey in coffee roasting. Min 2 participants Max 4 participants
